Welcome to White Gloves Cleaning. By booking a service, visiting our website, or communicating with our company, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
White Gloves Cleaning offers residential, commercial, deep cleaning, specialty cleaning, and seasonal services. Service availability may vary based on location and staff scheduling.
2. Booking & Scheduling
- All appointments must be booked in advance online, by phone, or in person.
- Service times are estimates and may vary based on the condition of the property.
- Customers must ensure safe entry to the property at the scheduled time.
- If the cleaner arrives and cannot gain entry within 15 minutes, the appointment may be marked as a lockout, and a fee may apply.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are based on the size and condition of the property. Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, clutter, or add-on services.
- Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Accepted payment methods: [Cash, Card, Online Payment, etc.].
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service rate.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.
- The guarantee does not apply to:
- Preexisting damage
- Stains that cannot be removed through normal cleaning methods
- Areas not included in the original service request
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Remove items of high value, personal belongings, or hazardous materials before service.
- Secure pets for the safety of both staff and animals.
- Inform the team of any fragile items, broken fixtures, or restricted areas.
7. Property Damage
- Our cleaners are trained to work carefully, but accidental damage can occur.
- Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of service.
- White Gloves Cleaning may repair or replace damaged items at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for normal wear and tear or preexisting issues.
8. Photos & Marketing
- With customer consent, before-and-after photos may be taken of spaces we clean for marketing purposes.
- Photos will never include personal identification or private documents.
9. Liability Disclaimer
White Gloves Cleaning is not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions to cleaning products unless a customer requests specific products beforehand.
- Items lost due to cluttered or unsafe environments.
- Delays or cancellations caused by weather, emergencies, or situations beyond our control.
10. Privacy Policy
- Personal information collected during booking is used only for scheduling and communication.
- We do NOT sell or share customer information with third parties. See Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
White Gloves Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
