1. Booking Policy

All appointments must be scheduled through our online booking system.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate service details, square footage, and home conditions so we can quote properly.

Arrival windows are typically 1–2 hours due to travel time, traffic, and job length variations.
2. Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment.

The remaining balance is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise arranged.

Deposits may be applied toward rescheduled appointments if proper notice is given (see Cancellation Policy).
3. Payment Policy

We accept payments through Stripe, card, or cash for the remaining balance.

Any added processing fee associated with card payments will be shown at checkout before customers confirm payment.

All invoices must be paid in full the same day services are performed.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

No-shows or locked-out scenarios may result in a full-price charge.
5. Access to Property

The customer must provide safe and lawful access to the property.

If we arrive and cannot gain access, it is considered a no-show.
6. Condition of the Home

Pricing is based on standard conditions.

If the home is excessively dirty, contains biohazards, or requires significantly more labor than described, additional fees may apply.

White Gloves Cleaning reserves the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe.
7. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, notify us within 24 hours.

We will return to correct the issue at no additional charge.

Refunds are not provided for completed services.
8. Damages

We aim to handle all belongings with care.

If accidental damage occurs, we will notify you immediately and work toward a fair solution.

Pre-existing damages or unstable items (e.g., loose shelves, unsecured décor) are not the responsibility of White Gloves Cleaning.
9. Pets

Pets must be secured or supervised during the cleaning appointment.

We are not responsible for pets escaping during service.
10. Health & Safety

We do not clean mold, human/animal waste, insect infestations, or hazardous materials.

For safety, no clients should be in areas being mopped or disinfected until surfaces are fully dry.
11. Right to Update Policy
